      On December 12, the 30th anniversary celebration of HMG was grandly held at Dongjiao State Guest Hotel Shanghai. With the theme "link the world and open a new horizon intelligently," the event was not only a solemn commemoration but also a significant gathering to foster consensus and jointly shape the future.

      庆典在激昂的锣鼓声中隆重启幕。开场表演《祥狮献瑞》舞出吉祥蓬勃之气，也象征着泓明人开拓进取、勇攀高峰的精神风貌。在点睛仪式中，泓明集团曹明董事长与沈翊执行董事共同为瑞狮点睛，一点左眼灵气满身，二点右眼志在乾坤，三点天庭前程似锦，以此寓意集团将以慧眼洞察先机，以雄心开启未来新章。

      The celebration kicked off grandly amid the rousing sounds of gongs and drums. The opening performance of Auspicious Lion Presents Fortune exuded an air of auspiciousness and vigor, and also symbolized the pioneering and enterprising spirit of HMG people who strived to scale new heights. During the eye-dotting ceremony, HMG Chairman Cao Ming (Benjamin) and Executive Director Shen Yi (Sysy) jointly dotted the eyes of the auspicious lion.

      伴随三十周年主题视频的播放，全场共同回溯了泓明自1995年扎根外高桥保税区以来，三十年矢志不渝、服务于中国集成电路与医疗产业的奋斗史诗。每一帧画面，都凝聚着泓明人的汗水、智慧与梦想。

      As the 30th anniversary theme video was played, the audiences jointly recalled the epic of HMG’s 30-year unwavering dedication to serving China’s integrated circuit and medical industry since it was rooted in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in 1995.

      在领导致辞环节，泓明集团曹明董事长深情回顾了集团三十年来的跨越式发展。他总结道，泓明实现了四个维度的战略跨越：从传统物流发展成产业供应链服务与产业互联网平台；从产业链上游供应商服务到下游制造商，成为连接上下游的桥梁；从线下发展到线上，不仅能提供端到端供应链服务，还能够为客户提供数据服务和数据资产；服务网络从上海拓展至全国17个城市，构建了31个全渠道产业供应链物流节点网络。

      目前，泓明已深耕大半导体与大医疗两大核心产业，提供全价值链、全链条的供应链解决方案。面向未来，曹董发布了聚焦人才跃迁、模式升级、技术赋能、制度创新、产业联盟、全球布局的六大战略方向，擘画了集团以“产业为魂、人才为本、数智为翼、全球为疆”的壮阔蓝图，致辞铿锵有力，令全场倍感振奋。

      During the leader speech session, HMG Chairman Benjamin affectionately reviewed the 30-year development of the group by leaps and bounds. He concluded that HMG achieved strategic leaps in four dimensions: developed from traditional logistics to an industrial supply chain service and industrial Internet platform; served from upstream suppliers to downstream manufacturers in the industrial chain, as a bridge connecting the upstream with downstream; expanded the service network from Shanghai to 17 cities nationwide, and built a network of 31 omni-channel industrial supply chain logistics nodes.

      随后，庆典迎来了两项标志集团生态共建深化的签约仪式——“产业学研”战略合作签约与“产业建设”战略合作签约。这两项签约，标志着泓明在融合产业链与供应链双轮驱动，以及协同产业伙伴共筑韧性生态方面，迈出了更为坚实的步伐。

      Subsequently, two signing ceremonies marking ecological co-building and deepening of the group took place, namely the signing of “industry-education-research” strategic cooperation and the signing of “industrial construction”.

      Through the impressive promotional video and detailed explanation by Hong Shichang (David), HMG Digital Intelligence Technology Center Senior Manager and GM Assistant, the smart platform centered on “digital twin” technology was showcased.

      该平台致力于实现供应链全流程的“可视化、可预见、可管控”，为客户带来前所未有的透明化与智能化体验。在全场倒数声中，与会嘉宾共同见证了泓明数科的璀璨启航，这标志着泓明在数字化转型道路上进入了全新阶段。

      A heartfelt recitation elevated the celebratory atmosphere to new heights. During the original poetry recitation "I Remember," Chairman Ben and Chairman Sysy, accompanied by the senior management team, took the stage and narrated the three-decade entrepreneurial journey, relentless efforts, and fervent aspirations with sincere voices.

      Amid Chairman Sysys toast, the champagne tower glimmered brilliantly, symbolizing not only the accumulation of thirty years of glory but also officially inaugurating the celebratory chapter of "Look into the future · soar together."

      庆典下半场洋溢着欢庆与活力的氛围。由员工精心编排的《舞动青春小人偶》《最炫民族风》等节目，展现出泓明人多才多艺、充满朝气的一面。古典茶艺与民乐表演《卷珠帘》则带来一缕雅致温情，体现了集团文化的深厚底蕴。

      The last half of the celebration was filled with a festive and vibrant atmosphere. The programs of Dancing Youth Puppets, The Most Stylish Ethnic Style and more well-orchestrated by the staff demonstrated multi-talented energetic side of HMG people, while the classical tea art and folk music performance Rolling the Pearl Curtain brought a touch of elegance and warmth, reflecting the profound cultural heritage of the group.

      在温馨的《致未来》视频中，来自全国各地的泓明人通过屏幕传递祝福与期盼，凝聚成跨越山河的团结之力。随后，经典歌曲串烧与全场合唱《明天会更好》，将气氛推向高潮，也寄托了对美好未来的共同向往。

      In the heartwarming video To the Future, HMG people from all over China conveyed their blessings and expectations through the screen, gathering into a united force that transcends mountains and rivers. Later, a medley of classic songs and a chorus of Tomorrow Will Be Better pushed the atmosphere to a climax, also expressing the shared aspiration for a bright future.
